I prefer mine to be on Photobucket. I kind of like having all the pics in once place, allowing me a copy-paste over any forum or place I choose to.
The control buttons are broken up in two parts: top left, and lower right. The top left batch didn't jump out at me, s I was kind of wondering how to actually upload a picture. Could be the color scheme. Combining them into one bar would be more efficient, and more user friendly.
Once found tho, the box that tells you the file was uploaded and to 'continue' seems somewhat redundant. Skip to the list of files directly.
Dropped a few random images in there to see what they would do on multiple uploads and single uploads, aswell as an animated GIF, to see what it makes of that.
With multiple files you get a question for each separate file where you want to place it. It'd be better if you could select all the pictures, and just select the place they needed to go. If you only use it for user-galleries, you could even utilize a default of just the username as a folder, where the pictures would always be uploaded to.
The admin approval seems a bit harsh, although I can understand you want some control over pictures (no sex, nudity and whatnot). It does make editing the pictures and testing the area a bit difficult. Perhaps see about letting the pictures upload, let the user see them him/herself and edit them as they like, and only after admin approval will the pictures become available for the rest of the forum. Drop a colored border around pictures that have not yet been admin-approved, so it's distinguishable which pictures are admin approved (and therefore visible to the whole forum) and which have not been approved (and therefore only visible to the user.
