p.i head swap problem

i have just completed swap and now car is running lean. it gave me generic misfire code then went away. now car is still lean.
has anyone else run into this problem? too much air not enough fuel makes for a rough day.

Idk much about mod motors, but have you checked for vacuum leaks? I assume you haven't dyno-tuned the car yet? Welcome btw!
