I know some Saleen owners are considering a lawsuit... They payed for that warranty as part of the price of the car. If Saleen voids said warranty by default on all Saleens, that effectively means the owners have payed for something they don't get... i.e. Saleen stole their money...

and with all that is happening with saleen...all points to the company going away completely...so suing them will do no good
