It's a Yankee Hill Machine complete upper half (everything is ready to go just pin it to your lower). I'm running one on my AR and I love it! This one has the 1:9 twist barrel, free floating hand guard and so much more. Here is a link for the upper with all the specs and everything. Brand new never fired!! Still in the bubble wrap!! lol
